We are seeking a Resources Analyst to join the Strategic Transformation Group within the Transformation Office. This role is critical in supporting the effective management of resourcing and capacity considerations across QCS' transformation portfolio, ensuring the organisation is equipped to deliver its reform agenda. About the Role Reporting to the Manager, Resources and Partnerships, you will coordinate workforce planning for reform initiatives, develop mechanisms to monitor resourcing and capacity, and implement strategies to mitigate risks. You will play a key role in supporting recruitment of transformation-specific resources and specialist skills development, while contributing to a culture of collaboration and innovation. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating and developing central workforce plans for reform initiatives throughout their lifecycle, including detailed workforce analysis. Embedding mechanisms to monitor resourcing and capacity considerations for the Transformation portfolio and implementing mitigation strategies for identified risks. Supporting recruitment of transformation-specific resources and specialist skills aligned to organisational priorities. Applying evidence-based risk management frameworks to address resourcing risks and escalate issues where required. Preparing and disseminating complex reports, briefing notes, presentations, and submissions for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborating across QCS to prepare and equip the organisation for transformational change. * Communicating and translating the QCS reform agenda for key stakeholders in partnership with colleagues across the Transformation Office.
