The Service & Experience (S&E) business unit brings together all member facing teams, with the ambition to deliver a consistently high quality, end to end service experience. The Opportunity Step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape how the Service & Experience business unit operates, communicates, and executes its strategic priorities. As Lead, Business Management , you will provide direction, structure, and oversight across business rhythms, planning frameworks, internal communications, strategic reporting, and leadership engagement. You will: Lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of strategic plans, including 90‑day plans and annual planning processes. Manage and uplift business rhythms, governance forums, reporting cycles, and operating structures across the S&E business unit. Oversee the creation of high‑quality Executive and Board reporting packs, strategic presentations, and insights for senior stakeholders. Partner with Finance to coordinate annual budget processes and provide data‑driven recommendations. Develop and implement internal communication strategies, including Town Halls, monthly CSEO updates, and other engagement initiatives. Lead and coach a team of Business Management Consultants (2 direct reports) to deliver consistent, high‑quality business support. Facilitate a Leadership Community of Practice, enabling best‑practice sharing, alignment, and strategic collaboration across the business unit. Build strong relationships with senior leaders, internal partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment to organisational goals. About You You are a strategic, influential leader who thrives on driving clarity, alignment, and operational excellence. You bring: Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, governance, or transformation within financial services or superannuation. Expertise in interpreting data, identifying trends, and preparing high‑quality reporting and insights. Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences. Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience supporting and developing high‑performing teams. Confidence navigating complexity, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving beneficial outcomes. Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
