Location - VIC, Melbourne Australian Citizens with Baseline Clearance Length of Contract: 5 months The role closes on 27th January 2026 Key Responsibilities: Strong understanding of best practice documented information strategies to provide guidance to technical writers on best practices approaches to developing documentation. Development of templates which support artefact creation. Specify, map, and implement effective business processes through improvements in systems, practices, and organisational change. Liaise with stakeholders across Defence and industry to support procurement outcomes. Essential Criteria: Demonstrated strong stakeholder engagement skills in Defence or public sector environments. Demonstrated experience in the development of strong documentation frameworks to support the development of effective communication channels for information. Understanding of Commonwealth Procurement activities & processes in the procure-to-pay value chain. Highly Desirable: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work closely with a diverse team of varying skills to deliver against the outcomes required.
