Description Join Findex as a Manager within our Superannuation team. In this leadership role, you’ll deliver high-quality compliance services while mentoring a talented team and helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements. As a Manager at Findex, you’ll uphold exceptional standards of service, deepen your technical expertise and broaden your leadership impact. You’ll work closely with Partners, Senior Managers and Adviser Services to manage multiple engagements and drive positive client outcomes. This is a full-time, permanent, hybrid role. Your role, your contribution! • Deliver timely superannuation compliance services, ensuring SMSF clients meet legislative, ATO and audit requirements. • Prepare and review financial and compliance reports while maintaining high quality standards. • Manage workflows, delegate tasks and review team output to meet deadlines. • Support Annual Client Reviews and governance processes. • Provide technical support and contribute to client advice. • Coach and develop team members and build a positive team culture. • Build strong client relationships and manage engagements through to Partner review. • Support business development and identify growth opportunities.
