The role As Business Services Senior Manager, you’ll operate as a de facto Director-in-waiting, with responsibility for clients, people, and growth. Key responsibilities: Lead a portfolio of complex business services and tax clients Act as trusted advisor to business owners and private groups Review and oversee compliance (tax returns, financial statements, structuring) Deliver strategic, commercial, and advisory outcomes Lead and develop Managers and Seniors Assist Partners with client growth, new work, and succession Build your profile internally and externally in preparation for Director About you This role suits a Senior Manager who is ready to step up, not years away.
