In the early stages of your design career, this role is a great opportunity to work within a design team at an award winning market leader as you help shape the future of digital experiences at HUB24. As our Design Manager, you’ll guide design craft and workflow across a growing UX team, operationalise strategy, and champion evidence-based design that delivers for our customers. You’ll manage team workflow and design craft, operationalise UX strategies, run research activities, and enable cross-functional collaboration across Product and Technology to unify experience across our products and drive front-end efficiencies. Responsibilities: Implement strategic UX initiatives aligned to group objectives and product roadmaps. Embed UX practices across the product lifecycle—from discovery to delivery. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and strategic design sessions to uncover insights, define problems, and ideate solutions. Standardise design documentation and deliverables for alignment between UX, Product, and Technology. Plan, conduct, and synthesise research (interviews, usability testing, behavioural analysis). Manage research tooling/insight platforms (e.g., Dovetail, Pendo) to keep findings structured, accessible, and actionable. Collect and report UX metrics/KPIs to guide decision-making. Create and maintain UX templates, workshop guides, research frameworks, and governance documents. Build and evolve personas and journey maps for reuse across teams; maintain the UX knowledge base. Lead iterative, evidence-based design; foster continuous improvement and champion UX advocacy across the business. Requirements: 2–4 years in UX/Product Design or related field. Experience with UX research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys) and basic analytics. Familiarity with design systems, documentation, and collaborative design processes. Proficiency with Figma and research/insight tools (e.g., Dovetail, Pendo). Exposure to B2B products or complex workflows; strong problem-solving and communication skills; collaborative, growth mindset.
