Your Role The Support Officer - Projects is responsible for administering, supporting, monitoring, and assisting in the administration and delivery of project works across Ozcare. Your tasks will include: Work collaboratively with the Project Managers to plan projects, develop proposals, and assist with the preparation and assessment of requests for quote and tender; Coordinate project meetings as requested, arranging travel where applicable, and producing minutes and action logs for each meeting Schedule works with internal and external stakeholders and record information in the electronic document management system; Provide administrative support to the Property and Construction Team through preparation of professional presentations and documents, the development of business cases, project plans and audit reports; Your Attributes We're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our team to deliver exceptional services to our clients. Current Police Screening Certificate Current Queensland drivers' licence Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or experience Demonstrated advanced level of computer literacy skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Project Demonstrated ability to work autonomously to ensure job/responsibilities are completed on time.
