Description SERV is on the lookout for an experienced administration officer who will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely Property Information and ensuring compliance with regulatory and state requirements. The role’s key responsibilities You’ll be part of a team tasked with supporting the business to deliver accurate, timely property information for our customers . On any given day, your key responsibilities include: Manage end-to-end Property Information processes including data entry, validation and maintenance to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Complete and upload certificates, meeting relevant standards and regulations and customer expectations. Monitor and triage certificate-related emails and cases to ensure timely resolution. Maintain LANDATA® databases, run regular reports and prepare correspondence. Support property information brokers and resolve Property Sales Valuation (PSV) errors to meet state requirements, including quarterly PSV reporting. Collaborate with the LANDATA Customer Support Services team to streamline service delivery, eliminate double handling and provide a superior customer experience. Lodge applications online with relevant authorities and Owners Corporations to progress Property Information requests. What we’re looking for Prior experience in property information, or a qualification in a relevant field is a bonus and knowledge of land information systems and related statutory processes is always desirable. However, if you don’t have that, other key competencies and traits include: An interest in the land and property ecosystem Experience in data and administration A strong customer-service mindset focused on positive outcomes. High attention to detail across administrative activities. Proficiency in document/records management (scanning, filing and QA). Confidence using administration/reporting software and tools. Clear written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to organise and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
