Job Description We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to provide vital support across property campaigns, client engagement, and operational processes across our Healthcare & Retirement Living Team. Working closely with the APAC Head of Transaction Services, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve results. Prepare property reports, submissions, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail. Assist with campaign materials using tools like InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint; liaise with suppliers and agencies. Coordinate meetings and events, manage communications, and maintain CRM data to support client engagement. Handle billing, invoicing, and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and timely processing. Maintain SharePoint libraries, proposal templates, and team documentation. Identify opportunities to streamline systems and enhance team efficiency.
