About the Role As Solution Design Manager at eStore Logistics, you will own the end-to-end solution design process for complex logistic and fulfilment opportunities. Reporting to the Director of Sales and partnering closely with Operations, Finance and Technology teams, you will shape commercially robust, operationally executable solutions that win business, protect margin and support scalable delivery. Your work will directly influence business growth, margin quality and long-term customer success. What You’ll Do Lead discovery, solution design, cost to serve modelling and proposal build for complex deal opportunities Develop scalable operational solutions covering layout, labour, throughput, automation fit and service model Build and maintain financial and operational models that underpin pricing and commercial decisions Partner with Sales on RFQs and tenders to articulate design rationale, commercial assumptions and value propositions Validate solutions with Operations for feasibility and transition readiness prior to contract execution Create and refine standard tools, templates, frameworks and playbooks to lift quality, speed and consistency Support capability uplift for analysts and future designers through coaching and structured frameworks Participate in customer workshops, presentations and pricing reviews as required What You’ll Bring Proven experience modelling cost to serve, throughput and capacity forecasts in a logistics/3PL environment Strong financial and commercial acumen with advanced Excel/Sheets scenario modelling capability Deep knowledge of warehousing and fulfilment operations across inbound, fulfilment, returns and distribution Ability to partner across functions including Sales, Operations, Finance and IT to drive sound decisions Demonstrated experience in tender/RFP environments with quality commercial documentation Practical understanding of WMS logic, automation capabilities and integration impact About You You are a structured, analytical thinker who thrives in ambiguity, solves complex problems logically, and can communicate design thinking clearly to both technical and commercial stakeholders.
