Job Description As a Client Services Representative at Mondiale VGL , you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and developing strong relationships with our valued clients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring exceptional service standards, and supporting key operational processes within the business. This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of communication and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients through effective communication and service delivery. Facilitate consignments from origin to destination, including import, export, and cross-trade shipments. Coordinate and monitor purchase order management processes and shipment tracking. Provide tailored logistics solutions and communicate operational updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate and timely data in Cargowise and internal reporting systems. Support the onboarding of new customers and assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Handle invoicing queries, documentation escalation, and reporting requirements in line with customer expectations. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Key Account Managers to ensure seamless client experiences. Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with implementing new procedures. Attend client meetings, departmental workshops, and training sessions as required.
