The Opportunity: KBR is seeking an Assistant National Fleet Manager to support fleet, logistics and supply chain activities within our Land Domain. This role contributes to the effective coordination, analysis and reporting of fleet and logistics operations, ensuring asset availability, inventory control and delivery outcomes are achieved in line with Defence and organisational requirements. All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance. Only candidates holding a NV1 Clearance or above should apply. Responsibilities: Analyses and implements logistics plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory or finished products to enhance product flow. Analyses, participates in development, and implements logistics plans affecting the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products. Conducts distribution and network studies, monitors inventory and analyses requirements to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. Maintains appropriate records and prepares reports. Coordinates logistics activities with internal/external customers. Provides activity and status reports to management. Performs all other duties as assigned. As the ideal candidate you will bring: BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field. In lieu of formal education, at least 10 years of progressive experience in a related field. 4 years of specialized military experience in the relative field can be substituted for a BA/BS degree. 2 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain Management. Expertise in computing (proficient in Word, Excel, MS Project and database maintenance and reporting) Demonstrated strength in written and oral communications (essential) Strong relationship skills and stakeholder management experience across all levels of an enterprise All candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
