Are you passionate about workforce planning and resource optimisation? We are seeking a Resource Planning Lead to lead a team of resource planners and drive end-to-end resource management for our client groups. This role is critical in ensuring optimum utilisation of staff through effective forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of resource planners to deliver accurate and timely workforce planning activities. Manage end-to-end resource management processes including forecasting, budgeting, and operational reporting. Collaborate with business units to understand strategic priorities and align workforce planning to business goals. Analyse large data sets to identify workforce requirements and present actionable insights to stakeholders. Prepare and deliver metric reporting, trend analysis, and presentations to support decision-making. Model annual leave requirements and ensure alignment with budget assumptions. Provide advice on Enterprise Agreement provisions and employment conditions related to resource planning. Engage with stakeholders regularly to build strong relationships and improve planning effectiveness. About You Strong knowledge and experience in resource and workforce planning. Ability to model workforce requirements and align them with business strategy. Skilled in forecasting and scheduling tools (experience with Genesys Cloud ideal). Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Proven ability to deliver accurate reporting and articulate insights through presentations. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
