The Role Our client is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to strengthen brand profile and lead strategic growth initiatives. This full-time role is based in Melbourne and reports directly to the CEO, with responsibility for leading a national marketing team of four. This is a hands-on role where strategy and creativity intersect, offering the opportunity to deliver measurable impact across the business. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end tender processes, collaborating closely with partners to deliver tailored, compliant submissions within deadlines. Develop and maintain compelling capability statements, incorporating new practice areas, case studies, and client successes. Design and execute marketing strategies across national practice areas and teams, providing tailored BD support to partners and stakeholders Oversee ongoing maintenance and updates to the firm’s website, ensuring accuracy and relevance Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external collateral Act as the primary contact for external communications Manage content creation across all social media channels, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance Manage end-to-end event coordination, including scheduling, invitations, venue sourcing, and catering Oversee the design and production of marketing collateral using Adobe InDesign and Photoshop Coordinate and support sponsorship initiatives to maximise brand visibility and client engagement About You To be successful in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in business development, proposals, or tender management (professional services experience preferred) Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills Solid marketing expertise, including digital tools and CRM systems Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to think creatively and demonstrate initiative Experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva Interested?
