Clemenger BBDO is looking for a resourceful and driven Business Manager to support the delivery of integrated brand and product campaigns. As we move into a creatively ambitious year, we're searching for someone who is passionate about producing world-class work and can provide a strong foundation for the day-to-day running of key projects. You will work closely with a Senior Business Manager and Group Business Director, while leading or supporting an Business Executive across selected projects. This role also collaborates directly with a Digital Business Manager to ensure fully integrated campaign delivery across brand, sponsorship, retail and digital initiatives. Responsibilities As a Business Manager, you will be a critical backbone of project delivery and client partnership. You will support and manage agency workflows, campaign development, production processes, and budget tracking to ensure work is delivered on time, to a high standard, and with a strong creative point-of-view. Your role is to nurture and strengthen client relationships by ensuring both clients and internal teams have the clarity, tools and leadership they need for seamless execution. You will demonstrate integrity, enthusiasm, precision, and a genuinely collaborative, team-first approach in everything you do. Required Skills and Experience A genuine passion for creativity and producing great work A confident and informed point-of-view on creative ideas and strategic thinking Strong interest in the advertising and communications industry Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Process-driven mindset with strong project leadership skills Ability to lead or support day-to-day project management depending on project scale Experience developing project plans and communicating them clearly to clients and internal teams Proven capability delivering complex projects on time and to a high standard Experience working with studio and film production (activations or non-traditional projects a strong advantage) Competent management of project budgets, monthly JCRs and revenue tracking Ownership of client and internal WIP documentation and processes Ability to deliver an excellent client experience through proactive communication and problem-solving Collaborative by nature, with a strong team-first mentality Experience supporting or managing an Business Executive About Clemenger BBDO: As we enter a new chapter—one driven by ambition, creativity, and the understanding that BIG is not about size but about mindset—we're excited for you to be a part of what comes next.
