What You’ll Do Own organic growth end-to-end by driving user acquisition through SEO, content, on-page optimisation, internal linking, image optimisation, and distribution-led tactics. Operate with intent by identifying high-leverage growth opportunities, shipping experiments, and iterating based on real signals, not assumptions. Use tools with purpose by applying tools like Ahrefs (or similar) to diagnose opportunities, prioritise effort, and measure impact, then act on what you find. Optimise funnels by partnering with product, design, and engineering to improve conversion across website, landing pages, onboarding, and activation. Measure what matters by defining baselines, tracking leading indicators, and clearly attributing growth outcomes to your actions. Build repeatable playbooks by documenting what works, what doesn’t, and why, so growth can scale beyond one-off wins. What We're Looking For Proven organic growth execution with the ability to clearly explain start to finish metrics (traffic, signups, activation, ARR) and what you personally delivered. Operator mindset with experience shipping, breaking, fixing, and shipping again, and the ability to talk honestly about what failed. SEO fluency with outcomes, going beyond keywords to on-page improvements, image tagging, technical fixes, and content optimisation that moved real numbers. Strong judgment around prioritisation, knowing what not to do and where effort is wasted. A strong bias to action, moving quickly, testing deliberately, and learning faster than others.
