ROLE OVERVIEW To support the creation of visually compelling retail marketing assets for use across e-commerce platforms and physical retail environments. This role focuses on adapting brand guidelines and supplier provided assets into engaging graphics for campaigns, product launches, and in-store promotions, ensuring consistency and commercial appeal. HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Craft production-ready artwork: Translate concepts into final files for print (catalogues, packaging dielines, stadium/retail POS, signage) and digital (PDP assets, site banners, CRM, paid social), adhering to brand and league/club guidelines. Own pre-press excellence: Manage colour workflows (CMYK, spot/Pantone, ICC profiles), image retouching, preflighting and printer specs to ensure right-first-time output. Elevate eCommerce content: Prepare, version and QA product imagery and thumbnails, optimise for performance/responsive breakpoints, and support CMS uploads with accurate metadata and naming. Adapt for global markets: Localise and reformat layouts, typography and file versions across sizes, platforms and languages while maintaining brand integrity. Add motion where it matters: Create light motion graphics, cutdowns and simple animations in After Effects/Premiere to support product drops, social and retail screens. Safeguard quality: Meticulously proof, link-check and package files; maintain version control and usage rights; keep our DAM neat, searchable and compliant. Partner to deliver at speed: Work with Designers and Creative Leads to refine visuals; collaborate with Account Managers, eCommerce & Marketing Executives to meet timelines and specs; juggle multiple briefs without dropping standards. Continuously improve: Proactively suggest workflow efficiencies, templates and best practices that help the team move faster without compromising craft. Undertake any other duties and/or responsibilities as may reasonably be required by management from time to time. You may also be required from time to time to work additional hours including but not limited to providing support around events and hot markets. This may involve weekend and late-night working. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM: Production mastery: Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) with strong file building, typesetting, grid systems and immaculate attention to detail. Digital fluency: Confident preparing assets for web and mobile, understanding responsive layout principles, pixel density, accessibility basics and performance-minded export settings. Motion literacy: Working knowledge of After Effects/Premiere for simple animations, cutdowns, lower-thirds and retail screen loops. Print know-how: Solid grasp of substrates, finishes, trapping, imposition, bleed, cutter guides and printer handover. Figma familiarity: Comfortable collaborating in Figma for component usage, redlines and quick adaptations. Organised & proactive: Excellent time management, version control and communication; calm under pressure with multiple concurrent briefs. Sport obsessed, fan first: Genuine enthusiasm for sport and sports culture; energized by delivering for fans and working with international markets, clubs and partners.
