As our Agile Implementation Lead , you’ll be the driving force behind our enterprise-wide Agile transformation. This is your chance to shape how we work, coach teams at every level, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You’ll roll up your sleeves to design and deliver engaging training, hands-on coaching, and practical frameworks that make Agile accessible and exciting for everyone. You’ll partner with teams across Technology, Membership, and Investments (and beyond!), helping them unlock their potential and deliver real results. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things Agile, removing barriers, sharing success stories, and making sure our transformation is consistent, scalable, effective, and fun. What You’ll Need Proven experience leading or playing a senior role in an Agile Transformation within a large, complex organisation. Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Disciplined Agile), frameworks, and collaborative working practices. Agile certification (DASM / DASSM / DAVSC) and Disciplined Agile Coach (DAC) strongly preferred. Experience developing, maintaining, and delivering training materials and ways of working playbooks. Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, driving adoption of new practices and standards. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives. Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Experience with agile delivery tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Global or cross-functional experience in financial services or technology-driven organisations (preferred). Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance frameworks in large organisations. Experience in change management or organisational transformation is highly regarded. Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Innovative, creative, and curious with a strong growth mindset.
