Establish and manage Azure Budgets and cost-based alerts on subscriptions, management groups, and resource groups to provide proactive warning of spending anomalies or overruns. Utilize and automate the recommendations from Azure Advisor to identify and implement right-sizing opportunities for over-provisioned resources (VMs, Databases, Storage) without impacting performance.
