What You’ll Do Partner with operational stakeholders to review, refine, and automate existing reports Analyse current reporting workflows to uncover inefficiencies and opportunities for automation Build and implement optimised solutions that improve report accuracy, timeliness, and reliability Apply deep expertise in data analysis, modelling, and reporting automation to drive smarter processes Transition manual reporting into automated, scalable solutions Document new processes and support knowledge transfer across the team What You’ll Deliver A cleared reporting backlog Automated reporting solutions for priority reports Clear, practical documentation of improved processes Training materials and guidance for operational teams to adopt new reporting workflows What You’ll Bring Technical & Analytical Strength Proven experience solving analytical problems using quantitative methods Expertise working with complex, high-volume datasets Proficiency in Python or R Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases Expert knowledge of analytical tools such as Dataiku Ability to design data models and integrate multiple data sources Experience in predictive modelling and customer segmentation (bonus) Reporting & Communication Ability to translate complex analysis into simple, actionable insights Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience designing and presenting dashboards to highlight the impact of data-driven strategies Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Experience collaborating with data, analytics, and business stakeholders A proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving and optimisation Minimum 4 years working in an analytical role Values & Work Style Integrity, accountability, collaboration, ingenuity, and respect Flexibility and willingness to adapt to evolving work priorities About the Role Level • Role Level 5 or above within the Data Management & Analytics module.
