Known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, the business offers a stable, well-established portfolio and the opportunity to work closely with decision-makers in a collaborative environment. your role This is a dual Commercial Property Manager / Trust Accountant role overseeing an end-to-end commercial portfolio. You will manage both property operations and financial administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strong tenant relationships. End-to-end commercial lease management, including tenant queries, negotiations, commencements, and exits Predominately industrial portfolio with a smaller portion multi-tenanted office buildings and retail assets . Arrears management, payment plans, and ongoing tenant communication Preparation and management of rental invoicing, outgoings, rent reviews, and owner clearings Trust accounting functions including reconciliations, budgets, and annual wash-ups Insurance claims, legal matters, and coordination with leasing and external stakeholders your advantage The following skills and experience are highly advantageous: Experience managing commercial property portfolios end to end Trust accounting capability, including reconciliations and outgoings Confidence using property management systems (Cirrus8 highly regarded) Solid understanding of leases, arrears, and tenant negotiations Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously your perks Work directly for an owner-operator with an in-house portfolio!
