Description Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes Perform supplier reconciliations and resolve variances promptly Process EFT payments for local and overseas creditors Handle AR invoicing, inward payments, and credit card transactions Conduct credit checks and manage customer credit requests Prepare AR reports and maintain SAP system records Profile A successful Accounts Officer should have: Relevant qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proven experience in accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations. Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing industry is advantageous.
