Known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach, the business offers a stable, well-established portfolio and the opportunity to work closely with decision-makers in a collaborative environment. your role This is a dual Commercial Property Manager / Trust Accountant role focused on day-to-day portfolio management, tenant engagement, and financial administration. A fantastic and very unique role that does NOT involve routine inspections, leasing, or maintenance management! — these functions sit within dedicated teams. Day-to-day management of a commercial portfolio with a strong tenant-facing focus Commercial lease management including tenant queries, negotiations, commencements, and exits Predominantly industrial assets, with a smaller mix of multi-tenanted office and retail Arrears management, payment plans, and proactive tenant communication Rental invoicing, outgoings, rent reviews, and owner clearings Trust accounting duties including reconciliations, budgets, and annual wash-ups Coordination on insurance claims, legal matters, and liaison with leasing and external stakeholders (where required) your advantage The following skills and experience are highly advantageous: Experience managing commercial property portfolios end to end Trust accounting capability, including reconciliations and outgoings Confidence using property management systems (Cirrus8 highly regarded) Solid understanding of leases, arrears, and tenant negotiations Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously your perks Work directly for a landlord/developer with an in-house portfolio!
