They are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for students, leveraging technology and innovative practices to improve operations and services. The Technical Lead provides leadership for enterprise architecture within a new Program Delivery Team, overseeing the design and implementation of scalable, fit-for-purpose solutions. You will lead the rollout of a major ERP system, ensuring robust system integration, adherence to architectural standards, optimisation of workflows, and alignment of technical frameworks As Technical Lead, you will: Define and implement enterprise architecture strategies across ERP, cloud, and business systems Ensure system integration, performance, scalability, and maintainability of technical solutions Establish and enforce technical standards, frameworks, and architectural best practices Provide guidance on solution design, technical decision-making, and systems optimisation Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment between architecture and business objectives About You Proven experience in enterprise architecture, ERP system design, and complex systems integration Deep knowledge of software development, integration patterns, and technical frameworks Hands-on experience defining technical standards, roadmaps, and architectural governance Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills Excellent communication skills to engage with technical teams and stakeholders Advanced digital literacy across Microsoft 365 and enterprise documentation tools (Desirable) For a confidential discussion, please contact Nic Gulliver at Nic.gulliver@peoplebank.com.au, or click ‘Apply Now’ and quote reference 269055.
