About the Opportunity Key responsibilities include the following: Review data on Workday & across multiple systems, cross referencing payroll processes & EA requirements & calculations. Analyse data & effectively liaise with stakeholders to check information is accurate. Review historical data & seek approvals for system updates with legal & IR updates. Review HR policies & procedures ensuring data is correct & updated. Effectively liaise with key stakeholders. About You Tertiary Qualifications with HR or related field. Sound HR experience with data, systems experience & payroll processes. HR experience in HR policies, payroll, Enterprise Agreements, legislation & contracts. Sound Workday Skills & Ms Office (Work, Excel). Excellent analytical skills & stakeholder engagement skills. Sound communication & interpersonal skills.
