Job Description Your New Role Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organisational Development, as Senior Advisor, Leadership and Talent, you will design and deliver initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, enhance performance, and build a thriving culture. Working closely with People & Culture Business Partners, leaders and teams, you’ll lead key people processes including development, performance and talent management, while also enhancing our leadership development and early career pathways. This role is pivotal in driving the Development Victoria People Plan and creating impactful experiences that enable our people to thrive and perform at their best. Core Accountabilities: A relevant tertiary qualification in education, human resources, or business (postgraduate qualifications advantageous). Demonstrated experience in HR, organisational development, or learning and development; Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end within People and Culture, delivering outcomes on time and achieving desired outcomes. Exceptional collaboration, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Strong critical thinking and decision-making ability, considering employee experience and organisational context. Advanced communication skills to lead conversations and facilitate sessions across all levels and mediums. Experience working with HRIS platforms and leveraging system capabilities to support HR processes and insights.
