Your Responsibilities As the Finance Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide advice to school staff regarding financial management including accounts payable and receivable, asset accounting, banking, budgeting and reporting, financial policy and delegations, financial systems usage and taxation. Develop and maintain an understanding of school business priorities and service delivery objectives. Assist in analysis of the financial management practices and financial performance of schools, identification of system or policy issues, and monitor the level of financial management competencies within schools. Assist administration of team activity including supporting workshop delivery and tracking workplace activity Skills we are looking for in our next Finance Officer: Ability to provide financial advice and support to stakeholders. Ability to create models to assist tracking, interpretation and analysis (utilising Microsoft Excel, Power BI). High level communication skills, both written and oral.
