About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to join our Business Services team in Brisbane. This role leads the strategic and operational delivery of the division, with a focus on performance, consistency, and continuous improvement. Working across all functional areas, you will drive operational excellence, support financial management, and lead initiatives that enhance people experience, strengthen quality, enable digital solutions, and improve how we work. Acting as a strategic link, you will connect national priorities with local delivery, ensuring our teams are resourced, informed, and supported to do their best work. You will have the opportunity to: Lead and support divisional Partners across all functional areas to deliver on strategic and operational priorities Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, with a focus on early identification and intervention on financial metrics Partner with People & Culture to manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent development Drive consistency and efficiency by embedding best practice methodologies and improving operational processes Lead quality initiatives locally, including chairing the Brisbane Business Services Quality Committee Support the adoption and integration of digital solutions that enhance operational delivery Coordinate divisional communications and training to ensure alignment, engagement, and capability uplift About You Demonstrated experience in a similar operational role Experience within professional services is highly desirable Proven experience in project delivery and leading and change initiatives Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyse and draw insights from large financial datasets are advantageous High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence, engage, and lead across stakeholder groups A high level of professionalism, reliability, and confidence in handling confidential information Why BDO?
