This role plays a key part in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank and cash activities, and general office operations. Financial Operations Process purchase invoices and maintain accurate vendor records Prepare client invoices, statements, and follow‑up communications Monitor receivables, perform reconciliations, and ensure timely collections Conduct regular bank reconciliations and prepare weekly cash flow reports Support month‑end closing activities, including journal entries and audit requirements Office & Administrative Support Coordinate office facilities, supplier relationships, and general administrative tasks Manage access cards, carpark rosters, mail, hardware orders, and inventory Support compliance‑related requirements, such as police checks and security licenses Assist with catering arrangements, deliveries, and other operational needs to ensure a well‑functioning workplace A background in Accounting or Finance A few solid years of accounting experience Familiarity with tools like NetSuite, Xero, or FloQast (or you're quick to learn!)
