Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll be pivotal in shaping how customers are onboarded, engaged, and retained across Australia, NZ, and the UK. You will collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to deliver campaigns that make a real impact, analysing performance and constantly finding new ways to improve the customer journey. What You’ll Be Doing: Manage the end-to-end execution of lifecycle programs, from customer onboarding and engagement to churn reduction and win-back strategies. Analyse customer data to uncover insights, then use them to optimise and personalise campaigns. Own and contribute to key business objectives (OKRs) focused on increasing active customers and engagement. Partner with Product Marketing teams to drive the adoption of new features and work with a modern marketing tech stack (including platforms like Iterable). Run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance and ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Bran,d to bring ideas to life. What You Can Bring to the Team: 6 years of experience in a CRM or data-driven marketing role. A proven track record of managing high-volume, end-to-end customer campaigns (retail or fintech background is a plus!). Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
