The Role: Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer - Senior Consultant Responsibilities Design and develop Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions with a strong balance of configuration and customization. Deliver secure, scalable solutions for large datasets, including cost-based access and compliance requirements. Represent the Slalom in client interactions, manage expectations, and confidently lead high level client relationships Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Integrate Salesforce with other systems and data sources for seamless data flow. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. What You Bring To Slalom Overall, 5 years of Salesforce CRM Implementation experience 2-3 years of Implementation experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud Strong understanding of Salesforce Core platform. Expertise in Experience Cloud with a balance of configuration and customization. Proficiency in Apex (Back End) and Lightning Web Components (Front End). Solid understanding of UI and UX principles for building intuitive portals. Experience working with complex data models and large datasets within Salesforce. Salesforce certifications such as Experience Cloud Consultant and Platform Developer II highly desirable. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to have OmniStudio development experience. Familiarity with other Salesforce products such as Service Cloud. Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and advanced automation tools.
