THE ROLE Working as part of a collaborative People & Culture team, you will partner closely with the Employment & Industrial Relations Leader to deliver high-quality, practical advice to internal and external stakeholders across a broad range of employment and IR matters. Key responsibilities include: Interpreting Enterprise Agreements, Awards and Contracts of Employment Advising on wages, entitlements and statutory workplace obligations Supporting stakeholder engagement with unions and assisting during industrial disputes ABOUT YOU You will bring a strong foundation in employment and industrial relations, combined with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in this space. You will ideally have: Formal qualifications in law or IR and preferably experience in an allied industry 1-2 years of experience in HR/IR and a keen interest in developing along an Employment & IR career trajectory Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal Strong presentation skills, problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence Self-starter, motivated, able to work well in a team and under pressure
