About the role: To assist in the delivery of the National People & Culture function by providing end to end support to the People & Culture Service Delivery team and the firm as well as operational assistance to the wider People & Culture team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure accurate processing of people transactional services for the full employee life cycle. Act as Workday SME, ensuring data is keep up to date and accurate. Collaborate with P&C team to share knowledge and ensure a broader understanding of the function. Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal stakeholders. Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and talent development initiatives. Assist in recruitment function, learning & development, employee benefits, payroll, and other relevant functions as point of contact. Escalate complex issues to P&C Consultants or other relevant stakeholders as needed to ensure effective resolution. Educate stakeholders on company practices and tools (e.g. Workday), enabling independent query resolution. Stay up to date with and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Work collaboratively to develop and ensure that P&C process manuals and Workday guides are kept up to date. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring alignment with local regulations. Effectively operate in accordance with governance, processes, policies, agreed performance targets and service level agreements About you: Essential Knowledge of HR processes and best practice. Certificate in Human Resources Experience using Workday Adaptable mindset, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks, projects and initiatives. Strong communication skills. Ability to prioritise work and focus on high priority tasks. Meticulous attention to detail. Ability to work with change and take on new tasks that will improve efficiency and customer service levels.
