About your opportunity: Provide high-quality confidential executive support to the Nursing Director of Mental Health & ATOD Services in a mature and professional manner which ensures the integrity and efficiency of the Office. Maintain effective time management practices, coordinating diary appointments, managing and prioritising correspondence, monitoring important issues and ensuring the delivery of priority items. With minimal direction, source and collate information, draft and coordinate the effective and timely management of briefings, submissions, Ministerial correspondence and external correspondence for the Nursing Director of Mental Health & ATOD Services. Liaise and co-ordinate with senior management, clinicians and other staff within the Service and across the Health Service using discretion with sensitive and/or confidential matters and develop ongoing working relationships.
