The Job Reporting to the Senior Production Lead, you will be responsible for: High level administrative support to the Executive Producer, Supervising Producer, Senior Production Lead and editorial staff Perform PHW rostering for all staff, overseeing and tracking leave and hours worked Expense reconciliation and invoice processing using Concur and MyRequests Maintain databases with accuracy using SharePoint and Excel Coordinate and book domestic travel and filming spaces for the production teams Co-ordinate the weekly compilation and delivery of the program Completion of Ready for Distribution (RforD) copyright deliverables Overall office management of the Ultimo space, ensuring a tidy and organised office Develop and maintain effective relationships with other program departments and resource/service providers Manage audience correspondence, ensuring complaints are dealt with according to ABC Editorial Policies Manage the maintenance and control of office assets and repairs Plan and organise team events and meetings Position Description: 30002633 PRODUCTION COORDINATOR BACKFILL.pdf About You You're a natural organiser with solid administrative skills and proven ability to prioritise tasks to effectively manage workflow and output with an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.
