A bit about your role The Executive Manager, RSP Technology Success leads the strategic direction and delivery of the RSP B2B channel, acting as a key contact for technology decisions and new capability development. This role is responsible for engaging with executives and leaders across RSP organisations on technology matters, new capability delivery, and collaborating on shared strategic outcomes. Your role will focus on delivering mutually beneficial outcomes and measurable benefits through the design and release of B2B API solutions, all aligned with industry best practice and standards. It involves a focus on continuous improvement, close collaboration with senior stakeholders across nbn—including engineering, architecture, product, and customer teams—as well as leading RSP-facing forums and co-design sessions. The role also includes people leadership, guiding a team of experienced B2B architects and BAs to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. A bit about you The ideal candidate holds tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline, with a strong foundation in software engineering and telco interface architecture. They bring proven expertise in problem management and commercial acumen, and are skilled at collaborating across internal and external stakeholders to drive business outcomes. With strong organisational capabilities, they demonstrate advanced critical thinking, analytical strength, and a strategic approach to planning and delivery in B2B telecommunications environments.
