Demonstrated experience dealing with a high volume of clients over the telephone. Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment. Proven experience creating and maintaining health record systems. Demonstrated knowledge of either medical and or dental terminology. Ability to problem solve and use initiative. Demonstrated experience with electronic appointment scheduling for clients, including rebooking, confirming and rescheduling and other data entry skills. Proven organisational and decision-based skills and the ability to meet deadlines, with limited supervision.
