Your new role: In this role, you will provide advanced clinical assessment, care planning and coordination for consumers with complex and acute mental health needs. Working autonomously within a multidisciplinary team, you will deliver specialist nursing care, support clinical decision-making and contribute to education, research and quality improvement activities. You will: Deliver advanced mental health nursing assessment, care planning and evaluation Provide clinical leadership and expert decision-making in complex situations Coordinate care and support recovery-focused outcomes for consumers Delegate and supervise nursing activities in line with NMBA standards Contribute to quality improvement, audits, incident review and risk management About you: You are an experienced mental health nurse with strong clinical judgement, leadership capability and a commitment to person-centred, recovery-oriented care.
