About your role As the Business Manager - Revenue, you will provide proactive, high-level advice on revenue and business management matters to support both operational delivery and strategic objectives across Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services. In this role, you will: Provide expert advice on revenue-related business management to support service sustainability and growth. Lead revenue education and training for clinical and non-clinical staff, including development of procedures and resources. Coordinate and manage the development of unit business plans and budget allocations. Deliver monthly accruals, financial reporting and detailed analysis of revenue, expenditure and activity, identifying and managing variances. Manage service agreements, external charging arrangements and bulk-billed clinic establishment across community sites. About you You are a strategic, analytical and collaborative business professional with strong experience managing revenue and financial performance in complex service environments. You will bring: Demonstrated experience in business management within a large, multidisciplinary organisation. Strong capability in budget development, business planning, financial reporting and variance analysis. High-level written, verbal and presentation skills to engage effectively across clinical and corporate teams. Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunities. Experience using financial, HR and reporting systems, including database management and report writing tools. Commitment to travelling across Metro South Health sites as required.
