Your new role: As Team Leader, you will provide operational management and advanced clinical leadership to an interprofessional community mental health team, ensuring high-quality, consumer-centred care within the West Community Care Team. Lead and manage the delivery of complex community mental health services, providing operational direction and clinical leadership to nursing and allied health professionals. Apply advanced clinical expertise and independent professional judgement to support care coordination, treatment planning, discharge planning and service transitions for consumers with complex needs. Drive service quality, safety and performance through evidence-based practice, clinical governance, workforce planning and data-informed decision making. Provide strategic leadership aligned with Hospital and Health Service priorities, contributing to service improvement, innovation, education and research across Adult Mental Health Services. About you: You are an experienced mental health clinician and leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality community-based care and fostering strong, collaborative teams. Demonstrated advanced clinical expertise in mental health and a strong commitment to evidence-based, consumer-centred practice. Proven ability to lead, mentor and support multidisciplinary teams, including managing workloads, staffing, performance and change in complex service environments. Highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and resolve complex clinical and operational issues. A strategic and innovative leader with experience in service improvement, workforce planning and research or quality initiatives that enhance mental health service delivery.
