About the role: As the Senior Administration Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the effective delivery of headspace services managed by New Horizons. You will lead administrative and reception staff, oversee appointment systems, billing, medical records, and ensure smooth clinical support operations. Your work supports high-quality mental health and wellbeing services for young people and their families. This role is a Term Defined role until June 2026 Your responsibilities: Oversee all administrative operations, customer allocation, EMR systems, and accurate documentation. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to enquiries from young people, families, and staff. Maintain centre facilities, equipment, consumables, and coordinate IT and repair needs. Support HR, Medicare, payroll tasks, and provide admin support for meetings and consortium activities. Analyse performance data and support service improvements. Ensure compliance with legislation, WHS standards, policies, and governance frameworks. Support workflow processes, audits, referrals, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Lead, train, supervise, and roster administrative staff, ensuring high performance and strong customer service. Oversee billing, invoicing, financial reporting, and expense reconciliation, contributing to budgets and planning. About you Tertiary qualifications in business management, administration or similar.
