About the role: The Senior Administration Support Officer reports to the Director of Corporate and Support Services, providing high level professional and confidential support to the Director Medical Services, Rockhampton, ensuring efficient and effective administrative support is provided to members of the Rockhampton Hospital Leadership Team. About you: While not mandatory, a relevant qualification would be well regarded. You manage complex priorities with confidence, coordinating commitments for senior leaders and keeping work on track within tight deadlines. You bring advanced skills across Microsoft Office, specialised software and online systems, using technology to streamline and support daily operations. You communicate with clarity and respect, building strong relationships across all levels of the organisation and engaging thoughtfully with partners, agencies and the community.
