Your key responsibilities Participate as a member of a high performance, collaborative team in the delivery of quality industrial relation and consultancy services. Provide support in the management of a range of allocated human resource and industrial relations matters, initiatives and projects including supporting enterprise bargaining negotiations and outcomes; dispute resolution; development of human resource policies and processes, and management of emergent issues. Assist in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholder groups, including Queensland Government departments, senior managers and unions. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Analytical and problem-solving skills to support the development of solutions to complex human resource and industrial relations policy and resolution of specific disputes. Understanding or the ability to rapidly acquire an understanding of the Queensland and Australian industrial relations systems, industrial relations trends, current industrial relations legislation and relevant industrial instruments, and the machinery of government. Ability to operate autonomously and with general supervision and work collaboratively as a member of a team the achievement of agreed goals.
