The Manager, Workforce Analytics is responsible for managing essential corporate human resource management systems including payroll, rostering, and time-sheeting. The role provides key strategic and operational data, analysis and reporting which is used in a range of internal and external processes and various departmental decision-making governance bodies. The role also plays a strong relationship management role with Queensland Shared Services (QSS) in the provision of payroll services and other key internal clients relating to the management of systems and reporting issues. As a Manager you will: Manage and maintain essential corporate human resource management systems including the Aurion HR and payroll system. Lead and manage the development, analysis and presentation of strategic and operational data and reporting for use in a range of internal and external processes including MOHRI data, Estimates Committee Hearings, Annual Reports and various departmental decision making governance bodies including the Executive Management Board and parties that report to that Board. Work collaboratively with the IT department to manage projects to maintain the HR data warehouse and data dashboards (e.g. SAS and PowerBI) to ensure up-to-date and accurate data is readily available for various senior leadership boards and committees. Perform a strong relationship management role with Queensland Shared Services (QSS) in the provision of payroll services using the Aurion HR and payroll system and other key internal clients relating to the management of systems and reporting issues including Financial Services, Information Services and the network of Business Services Managers. Manage projects to ensure that key deliverables providing new functionality and enhancements are met on time and within budget to facilitate the continued improvement to human resource reporting and systems across the department. Provide advice on business issues relating to change management as a result of the implementation of, or changes to human resource reporting and systems. * Effectively manage and provide leadership to Workforce Analytics staff through supervision, support and learning opportunities.
