About the Role: As a Sales Representative, you’ll work closely with the Country Sales Manager and play a key part in supporting our wholesale partners, nurturing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth execution across sales, showroom, and order management. What You’ll Be Doing Customer Acquisition & Support Prospect and generate new leads Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs Deliver engaging product presentations and support seasonal buying appointments Handle customer queries and ensure exceptional service every time Showroom & Sales Support Assist with product flow, sample management, and showroom preparation Update catalogues, assist with pricing, and coordinate product information Support the Sales Manager with order planning and seasonal set-up Order Processing & Administration Help place, track, and verify orders Maintain data accuracy across systems Communicate product changes, availability, and order updates to customers What We’re Looking For A motivated self-starter with strong communication skills Passion for fashion, sales, customer relationships, or brand engagement Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident in presenting to customers and building rapport A team player with a positive, hands-on attitude Previous retail, wholesale, or customer service experience is a bonus Please reach out to Dan on 0431312211 or dan@jivaro.com.au
