The Role As the Business Development Manager at Allcraft Trade Solutions, you'll play a key role in driving growth across the construction and civil industry in NSW. Your mission is to expand their customer base, strengthen long-term client relationships, and create new opportunities that support the communities they serve. In this role, you will be a central driver of Allcraft's promise to make building easier for their customers, helping them deliver stronger, safer, more resilient structures while achieving your own personal and professional success along the way. The role will be based in Campbelltown, NSW. Key responsibilities include: Develop and convert new business opportunities within the civil construction sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and existing clients. Drive repeat business, customer loyalty, and increased account value. Negotiate and close profitable deals while managing pricing, margins, and forecasts. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to deliver for customers. Proactively resolve challenges and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. Communicate confidently and persuasively, representing the Allcraft brand with professionalism. Plan weekly priorities effectively, managing time to balance client activity and administrative tasks. You'll have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a Business Development or similar sales role, ideally within the construction or civil sector, and a solid understanding of how projects, products, and customers work in this environment.
