About the Role We’re looking for a Regulatory Change Specialist to join our Risk, Compliance, Controls and Assurance team. This role is pivotal in managing the Regulatory Change Pipeline for MUFG Retirement Solutions, ensuring timely identification, assessment, and communication of regulatory changes impacting services to superannuation trustee clients. You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to interpret and apply regulatory changes, enabling compliant outcomes and supporting business objectives. Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Regulatory Change Pipeline for MUFG Retirement Solutions. Identify, assess, and communicate regulatory changes impacting trustee client services. Prepare and deliver clear, tailored communications for internal and external stakeholders. Support business teams to operationalise regulatory changes and manage associated risks. Facilitate internal working groups and provide updates to the Regulatory Change Committee. Maintain program documentation, templates, and systems to ensure accurate reporting. Collaborate with Risk and Compliance peers and other functions to achieve team goals. Assist with projects that reduce operational risk and enhance client outcomes. About You Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, law, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years’ experience in regulatory change, compliance, or financial services. Strong understanding of risk and compliance frameworks and associated systems. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholder groups. Ability to analyse and communicate business impacts during regulatory or organisational change. Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently.
