Job Description Your New Role As Senior Advisor, People & Culture, you will provide high-level advice, coaching, and operational support across a range of HR disciplines. You will partner with business leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver expert guidance on workplace relations, policy development, and organisational initiatives. This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to recruitment, data reporting, and other projects during peak periods, making it a dynamic and varied position. Support organisation-wide initiatives including performance and remuneration reviews and change management Manage complex workplace relations matters, including investigations and Fair Work processes Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR practices Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality people services and support recruitment during peak periods Core Accountabilities Provide expert HR advice on employment legislation, policy interpretation, and people-related matters Support organisation-wide initiatives including performance and remuneration reviews and change management Manage complex workplace relations matters, including investigations and Fair Work processes Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement of HR practices Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality people services and support recruitment during peak periods. About You Desired Skills and Experience You are an experienced HR professional with strong generalist skills and a solid understanding of workplace relations. You have: 5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role Proven ability to manage complex employee relations matters Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field (highly desirable) Employee Benefits We drive strong collaboration and support our teams to work virtually and flexibly.
