Senior Resourcing Advisor – VIC (For Our Client in Major Infrastructure Delivery) We are partnering with a leading organisation in Australia’s infrastructure sector to recruit an experienced Senior Resourcing Advisor to join their Victorian operations. This role plays a key part in shaping talent pipelines across multiple large-scale projects while supporting managers with strategic hiring guidance and market insights. About the Role You will oversee a portfolio of recruitment activity, supporting both project-based and corporate teams. The position involves managing internal and external candidates, advising on best-practice hiring decisions, and ensuring all sourcing activity aligns with project workforce demands. You will also contribute to process improvement, deliver market intelligence, and help strengthen the organisation’s presence within the industry through effective networking.
