About the role: As the Workforce & Scheduling Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support. You’ll manage daily and long-term rosters, match staff to client needs, and respond quickly to changes to maintain continuity of care. Acting as the main contact for our support workers, you’ll provide guidance on shifts, availability, and expectations while building strong relationships with host organisations. This role suits someone organised, proactive, and calm under pressure who enjoys problem-solving and supporting frontline teams. Your responsibilities: Create, manage, and optimise daily, weekly, and long-term rosters Match support workers to clients based on skills, availability, and continuity Respond swiftly to roster changes, cancellations, and shift replacements Ensure rosters comply with awards, NDIS requirements, and fatigue guidelines Maintain accurate workforce scheduling data in internal systems Act as the main contact for staff regarding shifts, availability, and expectations Work closely with host organisations to meet their staffing and service needs Identify risks, document incidents, and escalate issues as required About you Experienced in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination within disability, aged care, or community services Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities Confident communicator who builds trust and rapport with frontline staff and external stakeholders Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of NDIS frameworks, person-centred practice, and award compliance Calm under pressure, solutions-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality service Pre-employment Checks: Current Police Check ( Issued within the last 3 months) Current NSW Drivers License NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain) NSW WWCC (or willingness to obtain) How to Apply: To register your interest, please click ‘Apply Now’ and provide a resume and cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
